Establish a routine of thinking and activities.

Plan correct procedure for each shot. (40, 60 or 120  x 1 shot matches)

Think of correct sight picture. IMAGINE IT BLACK AND SHARP.

Decide that if things don't go as well as you had hoped, you will still follow your plan and work for each and every shot.

Work hard on EVERY MATCH.

Same technique in training as the one that works in a match.

Think PERFORMANCE and not score.

Don't compare your scores to local standards.

Correct use of SCOPE (it is an ANALYTICAL tool and not a SCORING device.).

When things don't go well, don't fight yourself. Analyse, then decide on the correct procedure and follow it as best you can.

Think about yourself as the one who is IN CHARGE of body, mind and actions.

Being somewhat "aggressive" is not necessarily a bad thing.

Keep persevering.

You will win more than you lose.
