From the Editor
This issue of Target Rifle Australia will be the last one delivered to members in a printed format. Technological changes which have occurred during recent times cannot be ignored, and the time is now right, I think, to produce our magazine electronically.
This method of publication will enable us to keep the membership informed in a more timely fashion than has been possible in the past. Fresher material can also be made available and I would expect more interaction with our readers.
